  At 6:30 this morning i waited 15 minutes after ordering two McCafe drinks at the kiosk before being told that the McCafe machine was not working. They should post a sign so people like me don't waste there time. This is about the 5th time I have been there since they started selling McCafe hot drinks and nm been told the machin was down after waiting in line.
  
  Starbucks may be a bit more money but worth it for the consistency.

  They started a new process of payment/delivery. Two cashiers 12 cooks...what a mess...10-12 orders waiting and 10-12 in line to enter order. One to one service always worked before. After almost 15 minutes and no coffee and egg mcmuffin in sight I requested a refund...about 4-6 people in line left the building with me when they heard my wait time. If it ain't broke!!!

  Always out of products like patties, muffins and their hot fruit pies I like very the best. Can't get them morning or evening. Too many kids hanging around, slow service too, just before my work time, it's like they just don't care

  Worst service in sault ste marie.. how hard is to get an order right?? Ask for sauce for kids happy meal three times and guess what.. no sauce. Medium Fries only filled half way, burger over cooked, kids burger had mayo nothing else not sure why. Soft drinks had no ice and warm, there is more mistakes Just not going to list it all but for anyone reading this CHECK your food before you leave!
  Maybe go inside and show them how to prepare food for people.
  Don't trust them check each item make sure they didn't mess up or just going to a different place to eat!!!
  This isn't the first time they didn't make the food right but it will be the last time!!!
  
  Check your food if you go there!!!!!!!

  I ordered a McFlurry and was very sad while driving down the highway when i realized it had almost no mixins in it. It was mostly plain soft serve. Disappointing.
